Guest Services Representative:

The candidate will be responsible for insuring satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they have checked out.

Duties include: Checking guests in/out of the hotel, answering the telephone, fulfilling their requests promptly during their stay, and other duties as assigned. One year of service industry work is preferred but not required. A strong customer satisfaction disposition is essential. Industry competitive salary with benefits available. Job Requirements:

Work flexible shifts; including weekends and holidays.

Pleasant personality and ability to deal with wide range of people.

Responsible for the day to day operation of the entire Front Desk.

Housekeeping Attendant:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel. This person must be detail oriented and have the ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.

Skills/Requirements:

Customer service and a high degree of cleanliness standards

Frequently standing and moving about the facility.

Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with guests and fellow team members.

Work flexible shifts; including weekends and holidays.
